HOW IT GOT STARTED
The Story
We created this Blog as we became the point of call for all of our friends, family and colleagues on all things culinary and travel!
It seemed right to put all of our wonderful hotel and dining experiences in one place to hopefully inspire and encourage others to visit the outstanding places we have been so lucky to go to.
Although a lot of our recommendations may be luxury accommodations around the globe, or Michelin fine dining - we also want to boast about the family-owned businesses we have been to, side-street bakeries and pizzerias, or our favourite Take-outs!
We work hard in our day-to-day jobs, Myself in Fashion Merchandising & Buying, and my Partner in Marketing, to be able to enjoy the finer things in life and travel the world together. If it inspires you to book a trip (requests for honeymoon locations have been made before, and it is beautiful that we can inspire that way!), or simply to order-in some comfort food for your Saturday night Netflix & Chill ... We are Amsterdam-Based and will share some of our favourite things in the city, but we travel throughout Europe & Worldwide so we want to also highlight those unforgettable moments with you!
